Insights

Insights is a cross-board analytics dashboard. Where Board Statistics shows metrics for a single board, Insights gives you the view across everything you have access to.

Use it to spot workload imbalances, track completion trends across projects, and see team-wide activity at a glance.

Opening Insights

Click Insights in the sidebar, or navigate to /insights.

Dashboard Layout

The Insights dashboard holds up to four resizable panels side by side. Drag the borders between panels to give more room to whichever metric matters most.

Expand a panel

Click the expand icon on any panel to take it full-screen. Click again or press Escape to return to the multi-panel layout.

Your layout persists

However you arrange the panels (sizes, order, which metrics are shown) is remembered per-user. Your teammates have their own arrangements.

What You Can See

Each panel can display one of these metrics:

Metric	What it shows
Task completion rate	Percentage of tasks completed, aggregated across all boards
Overdue tracking	Count of overdue tasks, broken down by board or member
Assignment distribution	Workload per team member across all boards
Priority breakdown	How much of your work is High vs Medium vs Low vs None priority
Board activity	Recent changes and activity volume per board

Tips

• Insights reflects every board you have access to — not just the current one
• Use it at the start of the week for planning and at the end for retrospectives
• Assignment distribution is the fastest way to spot someone who's been piling up tasks
• Overdue tracking week-over-week is a good leading indicator of team capacity issues
• For a single-board deep dive, use Board Statistics instead
