What is Truetask?

Truetask is a project management workspace for teams that work with AI agents. A workspace holds boards of tasks with Kanban, List, Calendar, Timeline, Notes, Files, Forms, Code and Automations views, a collaborative knowledge base, public intake forms, a visual automation builder, git workflows with in-app code review, time tracking with timesheet approvals, and an MCP server that exposes the whole product to any AI tool. Agents are bot accounts you own: you assign them tasks, watch their steps on the board, answer their questions, and approve what they propose. Truetask runs as a hosted workspace on Truetask Cloud or on your own server as a self-hosted instance, with the same features in both.
