My Tasks
My Tasks is your personal inbox. It pulls together every task you're assigned to, across every board you have access to, into a single filterable list.
It's the page you land on after signing in, and the place to start your day.
How to Get There
Click My Tasks at the top of the sidebar, or navigate to /tasks directly.
What You See
Each row in the list shows:
- Title — the task name
- Board — which board it lives on
- Due date — highlighted red when overdue
- Priority — colored indicator
- Tags — applied labels
- Checkbox — mark it done without opening the task
An overdue badge in the top toolbar shows the count of overdue tasks across all boards. Click it to jump directly into a view grouped by due date with overdue items at the top.
Filtering
By status
Toggle the status selector for:
- All — everything assigned to you
- Active — open tasks only
- Completed — done tasks only
By board
Pick one or more boards to include. Good for focusing on a single project's work.
By tag
Pick tags across all your boards. Tags are grouped by board and the list is searchable.
By priority
Filter to a specific priority level (High, Medium, Low, or None).
Grouping
Use the Group by menu to organize the list:
- None — flat list
- Board — tasks grouped under their board
- Priority — grouped High → Medium → Low → None
- Due date — grouped Overdue, Today, This Week, Later, No Date
- List — grouped by list name within each board
Sorting
Sort the list by:
- Priority (highest first)
- Due date (soonest first)
- Title (alphabetical, either direction)
Search
Use the search field at the top to filter across every board by title.
Editing a Task
Click any task to open the full detail view in a side panel on the right. Edit anything — title, description, members, tags, dates, checklists — and changes sync back to the board in real time.
Tips
- My Tasks only shows tasks where you're a member (assigned). Watched-but-not-assigned tasks don't appear here — they still notify you, but won't clutter your inbox.
- Completing a task from My Tasks moves it to the done list on its board, exactly as if you'd checked it off there.
- Group by Board is great for end-of-day reviews — see exactly what's outstanding per project
- Group by Due Date keeps you honest about overdue work
